Free GEO / AEO tool

See your page the way AI search engines read it.

Paste any URL and GEO Lens scores it 0–100 across the seven factors that decide whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews can extract and cite it — the same scoring engine behind our GEO Lens Chrome extension.

Free, no signup. We fetch the page server-side and analyze it — nothing about you is stored.

How it works

One URL in, a full GEO breakdown out.

01

Paste a URL

Any live, public page — a blog post, a product page, a docs page.

02

We fetch & parse it

The page is pulled server-side and read for schema, headings, chunking, entity and freshness signals.

03

Get a 0–100 score

Weighted across seven factors, with a pass/warn/fail read on each one.

04

Fix what's flagged

Every check ships with a specific fix, not just a grade.

The rubric

What the score actually measures

Seven weighted factors, the same ones AI engines lean on when deciding what to extract and cite.

WEIGHT 20

Schema & structured data

JSON-LD coverage — Article, FAQPage, HowTo, Organization.

WEIGHT 20

Answer extractability

Question-format headings followed by a self-contained answer, tables, lists.

WEIGHT 15

Heading architecture

One H1, clean H2→H3 nesting, headings phrased as real questions.

WEIGHT 15

Chunk quality

Paragraphs sized in the 40–90 word band LLMs prefer to lift whole.

WEIGHT 12

Entity clarity

Brand in title/H1, author byline, sameAs links, an About page.

WEIGHT 10

Technical directives

Canonical tag, robots meta, no noai blocks, /llms.txt.

WEIGHT 8

Freshness signals

A visible "last updated" date mirrored in schema dateModified.

Questions

Before you paste a URL

Yes. No signup, no email gate. Run as many scans as you'd like.

It runs the same weighted scoring engine. The one difference: the extension reads the live, rendered DOM inside your browser, while this tool fetches the page's raw HTML from our server. Pages that build their content with client-side JavaScript can score lower here than they would in the extension.

No. We fetch the URL you provide and analyze it in memory to build the report. We don't create an account, store your scans, or track which pages you check.

Any public http(s) page that doesn't block automated requests. Pages behind a login, on localhost, or on a private/internal network can't be scanned.

GEO Lens scores a single page instantly and for free. A Signal Audit is a fixed-scope, human-led diagnosis of your entire marketing stack — traffic, content, and where revenue is actually coming from.

One page scored is a data point.
Your whole stack decoded is a plan.

A Signal Audit gives you the same kind of diagnosis, applied across your entire marketing stack — fixed scope, fixed price, no retainer required to start.
