How confidently can an AI system tell who or what your page is actually about? Consistent naming, explicit definitions, and structured data all feed into this, and it's a bigger deal than most people assume.
AI models are quietly building a graph of names, organizations, and concepts as they crawl. If a page calls the same thing three different names across three paragraphs (the company, then an acronym, then a pronoun with no clear antecedent), that graph gets fuzzy, and fuzzy makes a model less confident attributing a claim to you specifically. The fix is almost boringly simple: name things the same way every time, define acronyms on first use, and back it up with Organization or Person schema that includes a stable identifier. It’s not glamorous work. It’s also one of the cheapest wins available.
